    We will be looking for volunteers to assist in our GOTV campaigns throughout 2018 and 2019. If you agree to this we will add you to a contact list for future volunteer opportunities.

  • My information may be used to contact me with voting information and voting locations for the 2019 provincial election. In the event my name is chosen in the random prize draw, my information will be used for contact purpose, news, and promotion on SU social media and the SU website.

    Prizes: • Apple iPad Air • Macbook Air • 2x $1,000 Air Canada Voucher • 200x $10 MacHall VouchersTotal prizes to be won: 204 Total value of the prizes: $5,500. Chances of winning depend on the number of entrants. With 6,000 entrants, the chance of winning would be approximately 1 in 29. Contest closes: 1:00PM April 12, 2019. Contest results and draw date: April 15, 2019.

    Personal information collected will be used during the provincial and federal elections to inform students about voting. Data will be stored securely by NationBuilder which uses the Amazon CloudFront. Data will only be accessed by the University of Calgary Students’ Union (SU) and/or the Council of Alberta University Students (CAUS). By signing this form, you agree to be contacted by the SU and/or CAUS about voting in the next provincial and federal elections via email, phone call, or text message during the next provincial and federal election campaign periods to ensure you are aware of where, when, how, and why to vote.

    All data collected will be stored in accordance with the Students' Union privacy policy. Your data will not be sold or used for any other purpose. All personal data will be destroyed within one month of its use, after either the next provincial or federal election, whichever election is held later.
