From Guilt to Love
When guilt is a major motivation for our actions, we can end up exhausted, resentful, and unfulfilled. Knowing where our guilt patterns come from is part of the way out of this habit. There are other skills and practices we can do to increase our tolerance for an overactive guilt response. This workshop will give you some things you can put to use immediately.
