ALL STUDENTS are welcome! Come listen to a speaker (Mandy McCaughley) from the SU Wellness Centre talk about the different types of stress, and how some stress can be healthy! Engage in round-table discussions with your peers, and enjoy making your own stress ball from scratch. To end off, grab a to-go bag filled with snacks and some mental health resources! This is the first of six Stress Busters workshops.
