Directly reporting to the Coordinator, Student Support, the Receptionist acts as the front-line representative of the Students’ Union and is primarily responsible for providing reception, switchboard, and information services to students, members of the University community, and the public.
The Receptionist performs a variety of clerical activities involved with greeting visitors, screening and referring telephone calls, answering questions and providing information.
You will act as the front-line representative of the SU. You will be responsible for providing reception and information services to students, members of the University community, and the general public. You will perform a variety of clerical activities involved with greeting and screening visitors, referring telephone calls, answering questions and providing information.
Your strengths are your excellent time management and communication skills – delivered with a high level of customer service. You flourish in a busy environment and excel at juggling several priorities at once.
Ideally, you have 1-2 solid years of administrative experience complimented by a Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration.
Hourly pay rate of $15.00.
