Be the Student Meeting Assistant of the Students’ Union!

The Students’ Union is hiring for the position of Student Meeting Assistant for 2018-19. Work on campus and gain real world experience by acting as recording secretary and primary meeting support for all Students’ Legislative Council (SLC) meetings.  You’ll be responsible for:

  • Taking, editing and distributing meeting minutes;
  • Setting up and running recording equipment; and
  • Supporting the Speaker in running meetings.

Applicants must be undergraduate students.  This position runs May to April.  Candidates must be available to work every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm.
